Privacy notice · 25 August 2026
Less data.
Clear purpose.
This notice explains what Toekzie Digital collects through this website, why it is used and how to ask about it. It is a practical website notice, not legal advice.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the name, email address, optional phone and business details, service and budget selections, and message you provide. We also retain a one-way hash of the submitting network address for limited abuse prevention; the raw address is not stored in the enquiry record.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand and respond to your request, prepare a proposal where appropriate, maintain a business record of the conversation and protect the form from misuse. Sending a general enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Website measurement
We use MetricFold, a cookie-free first-party-compatible analytics system, to understand page visits, broad acquisition sources, performance and explicit interactions such as project-button clicks. The default tracker does not use a persistent browser identifier or collect form field values.
Sharing and retention
Information is available only to the people and service providers needed to operate the studio, website, email and hosting. Providers process information under their own safeguards. We retain enquiries only for a reasonable business and legal period, then remove or de-identify them.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or object to a use. South African rights and exceptions may depend on the circumstances.
